高职学生休闲异化现象影响其全面发展与职业教育实效，探讨其成因并从日常思政角度提出教育对策具有重要意义。通过归纳分析，指出高职学生休闲异化的主要表现：休闲内容沉溺化与高物质性、休闲形式个体化与低社交性、休闲时间碎片化与低成长性。进而剖析其成因在于休闲动机失当与价值判断偏差。研究表明，休闲教育与日常思政在教育目标、内容与作用上具有契合性。辅导员可在日常思政工作中，通过革新教育理念、创设休闲环境、设计专项活动、构建自律与他律协同机制等策略实施休闲教育，以引导高职学生树立正确休闲观，促进良好行为习惯养成。

The phenomenon of leisure alienation among higher vocational college students affects their all-round development and the effectiveness of vocational education. It is of great significance to explore its causes and propose educational countermeasures from the perspective of daily ideological and political education. Through inductive analysis, this paper points out the main manifestations of leisure alienation among higher vocational college students: indulgence and high materiality in leisure content, individualization and low sociability in leisure forms, and fragmentation and low growth-oriented nature in leisure time. Furthermore, it analyzes that the causes lie in improper leisure motivation and deviation in value judgment. The research shows that leisure education and daily ideological and political education are consistent in educational goals, content and functions. In daily ideological and political work, counselors can implement leisure education by innovating educational concepts, creating leisure environments, designing special activities, and building a collaborative mechanism of self-discipline and heteronomy. This aims to guide higher vocational college students to establish a correct view of leisure and promote the cultivation of good behavioral habits.
