“双碳”目标下冷链物流配送中心选址优化研究

摘要:

配送中心是衔接生产、物流与销售的关键节点,其选址决策直接影响冷链物流的产品品质、运营成本与服务效率。为实现冷链物流系统的低碳化与高效化运作,通过综合考虑固定成本、运输成本、碳排放成本与货损成本,构建以总成本最小化为目标的选址优化模型,并设计遗传算法进行求解。算例分析结果表明,所建模型具有良好的有效性与可行性,可为冷链物流企业低碳选址决策提供参考。

Abstract:

Distribution centers are key nodes connecting production, logistics, and sales, and their site selection decisions directly affect the product quality, operation costs, and service efficiency of cold chain logistics. To achieve low-carbon and efficient operation of the cold chain logistics system, this study focuses on the site selection problem of cold chain logistics distribution centers under the background of the “Dual Carbon” goals. By comprehensively considering fixed costs, transportation costs, carbon emission costs, and cargo damage costs, a site selection optimization model targeting the minimization of total costs is constructed, and a genetic algorithm is designed for solving the model. The results of the case analysis show that the constructed model has good validity and feasibility, which can provide reference for cold chain logistics enterprises to make low-carbon site selection decisions.
