为探究“双高”建设行业企业投入机制及其优化策略，进而推动产教融合与职业教育质量。研究分析了行业企业投入的动机（市场需求匹配、技术创新需求、社会声誉驱动），主要方式（资金、资源和人力），关键运行机制（政府引导、市场驱动与利益协同）。研究揭示了当前存在的核心问题，包括企业动力不足、合作机制不健全、政策支持缺失、人才供需错位及监管评估缺位。在此基础上，提出了加大政策激励与宣传、构建校企合作平台、细化可操作性政策、缩小人才供需差异、健全监管评估体系等优化策略。研究表明，实施这些策略有助于激发行业企业参与积极性，保障“双高”建设目标顺利实现，并为深化产教融合、实现职业教育高质量发展提实践路径参考。

To explore the investment mechanism of industry and enterprises in the “Double High-level Program”and its optimization strategies, so as to promote the integration of industry and education and the quality of vocational education. This study analyzes the motivations for industry and enterprise investment(market demand matching,technological innovation needs, and social reputation drive), main approaches(funds, resources, and human resources), and key operation mechanisms(government guidance, market-driven, and interest coordination). The research reveals the core existing problems, including insufficient enterprise motivation, unsound cooperation mechanisms, lack of policy support, mismatch between talent supply and demand, and absence of supervision and evaluation. On this basis, optimization strategies are proposed, such as strengthening policy incentives and publicity,constructing school-enterprise cooperation platforms, refining operable policies, narrowing the gap between talent supply and demand, and improving the supervision and evaluation system. The study shows that implementing these strategies helps stimulate the enthusiasm of industry and enterprises to participate, ensures the smooth realization of the “Double High-level Program” goals, and provides practical path references for deepening the integration of industry and education and achieving high-quality development of vocational education.
