产业导师在推动产教融合、衔接产业链与教育链方面发挥着关键作用。针对当前产业导师选聘与管理中存在的不足,本研究以胜任力理论为基础,采用文献研究法与理论建构法,构建了包括职业指导、技术引领、教学实践、专业建设、攻关创新与技能传承六个维度的产业导师能力模型。基于此模型,研究进一步提出明确导师权责利、规范评价培育标准、搭建产教融合平台、激发能力提升活力的四位一体建设路径,以期为产业导师队伍的系统化发展提供理论支撑与实践指导,助力职业教育与产业需求的精准对接及高质量发展。
Abstract:Industry mentors play a crucial role in promoting the integration of industry and education as well as connecting the industrial chain with the education chain. Aiming at the deficiencies existing in the current selection, employment and management of industry mentors, this study, based on the competency theory and by adopting the methods of literature research and theoretical construction, builds an industry mentor competency model consisting of six dimensions: career guidance, technical leadership, teaching practice, specialty construction, research & innovation, and skill inheritance. On the basis of this model, the study further proposes a four-in-one construction path, which includes clarifying the rights, responsibilities and interests of mentors, standardizing the evaluation and cultivation criteria, building platforms for industry-education integration, and stimulating the vitality of competence improvement. It is expected to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the systematic development of the industry mentor team, and help achieve the accurate connection between vocational education and industrial demands as well as the high-quality development of vocational education.
